Submit a Quality of Life Issue or Complaint

Do you have a quality of life issue or complaint that never seems to get resolved?
APHA members can report potholes, vandalism, damaged signs, excessive noise, code violations, and other quality of life issues by filling out the form below and submitting it to us.  We will forward the information to the proper City employee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This form is not an instant notification to the City employee or AP Police Department. In cases of violations in progress you should call the Asbury Park Police Department at (732) 774-1300.
